Unable to activate data package
I have a new SIM card but I cannot activate a data package. I loaded 20 euros onto my account and tried to send a text message to 3310 for the 10 euro package but the message would not send. Any advice? Thank you!
For the first number it says I cannot call that number and it says the number I have dialed is not assigned for the second one
Do not call, you have to enter them in the SMS center. If you have the option, please visit an A1 shop.
