Hello, I added 15 euro to my account to activate the 10GB additional data package for 13 EUR by sending JA to 2935 but the sms does not send. I get an error 38 on my phone. I also tried the cheaper 5GB package for 9 EUR, same problem. I am currently on the B Free 5 tariff.

I am currently in the Czech Republic.

and check the number for the activation sms, seems different on the website above.
