Hello , I bought a A1 b-free sim card and it was registered under my name in the store . However , I didn't activate the card then . Now I'm abroad and when I put the sim into the phone I have no signal . What should i do? Thanks

All current A1 B.Free pre-paid sim cards don't offer Roaming.

Only post-paid sim cards with a Go! or B.Free tariff are able to use Roaming.

SI can not use the sim outside of Austria? I tried to top up credit but it's impossible.
The SIM card of A1 as a prepaid card can not be used abroad.

No roaming of value cards can be activated. Roaming is only available at contract rates.

Yes, current B.Free pre-paid Sims (Wertkarten) can only be used in Austria.

Only post-paid A1 Sims with a Go! or B.Free tariff (Vertrag) can be used outside of Austria and also include EU-Raoming.
