I have order new sim card for my phone number ,

it got in my box a few days ago and i try to activate and exchange phone number with the new sim card serial number starting with A56* and not working.



My phone number is : 0664xxxxxxx

Sorry i didnt think about privacy not to show my phone number.

I try on chat but nobody answered me.

Do you have any ideea if any operat could help my problem ? Or i just need to call customer service and solve the problem ?

hotline would be probably the fastest way to solve the problem (Mo-Fr), or try facebook messenger, which is available on weekends.

Have you tried to activate the SIM in "Mein A1" section of the A1 website? (Meine SIM-Karten>SIM-Karte tauschen>SIM aktivieren)

do you get an error message?
