Hello everyone. I am traveling in Italy right now but since I have crossed the border, my connection stoped working. Not only internet also sms and calls are not working. Nothing is working! I have internet package for eu countries. But I just see no service or Emergency Call Only signs on my phone. I don't know what to do. Since I don't have any connection or whatever I can't contact with anyone. Is anyone know why this happening?

Already done it. It is not connecting any of them.

First time I am using it outside of the Austria. But the lady on the shop said I can use it. But I think I can contact with A1 when I go back to Austria. Thanks!
You may want to check www.a1.net/meina1 if you can check and change your tarif. The new M and L should be for EU.
