Hi, My name is Juha.
I am in big trouble, because A1 telekom company took 190 Euros from my debit card account.
I activated my card to pay one time a month when I need to use data. Each time 10 euros, not 190 euros.
Reason? I visited A1 branch twice, they said “we don’t know.”
On Christmas I noticed it, cuz I visited McDonald’s, and my card didn’t work on machine.
It was just 8 euros though.
It means, A1 telekom took money until my account is empty.
It’s damn crazy.
I checked how many times they did it.
It was 19 times. Each time was 10 euros.
it happened until I couldn’t pay for just hamburger and account is *** empty.
When I visited first time to A1 branch after this,
One staff said “I’ve never seen this thing happened. But we can’t help you. You used Be free. Be Free is about calling. You gotta call to Be Free. We are separated. A1 and Be free.”
WHAT THE HELL.
I got this product from other A1 branch.
They sell this to customer, but when customer is in trouble, they pretend they are unrelated.
How RESPONSIBLE.
After being taken money though, I NEVER couldln’t use INTERNET, CALLING WHATEVER AT ALL.
And I explained it all though, he just said “I will give you number, call them.”
That’s it.
So I came back to home, and I called them.
Number was unavailable.
I visited different branch again.
I asked them to help.
One staff of them tried to know the why. Because even he said “What the hell.”
He recognized how it is serious.
He called to A1 Headquarter.
But still he couldn’t hear the reason from them.
And He was really feeling sorry to say this.
“They say It might be your fault, but if you want to money get back, you have to write something for ‘OBJECTION’ on ‘OBJECTION PAPER’. But we can’t give you the paper, because we have no form. I am sorry.”
THAT’S IT.
My fault? wow.
I just used only 2.5G internet.
Even they took 190 euros but I couldn’t use data or call.
This company didn’t refund my money back right away, but said It might be my fault.
and said If I want my money back, submit objection paper in German.
This is just hilarious.
I want to share this story and get opinion. How can I handle this?

Each time happening means 10 euros.
In 3 days it happened.
As you see, on 24th 12, they took 70 euros (7 times)
on 26th 12, they took 40 euros (4 times)
on 27th 12, they took 80 euros (8 times)
