Sorry to write in English, I'm travelling and barely speak German.

I have a Yesss prepaid SIM for my iPad. I wanted to access Kontomanager to activate my top-up that I bought in Hofer but I forgot my password. I could request a new one but the system would send it as SMS that I'm not sure how to read, it's not coming thru to my iPad. Placing the card into a mobile phone is not a good option becuase the iPad Micro SIM doesn't fit my phone. I can't use the Yesss App becuase it's only available in the Austrian App Store and I don't have Austrian Apple ID.

Do you know how can I reset my password or manage my account?
