The dsl connection was down for three times today.DSL light keep shinning.

How long is the connection down? If it only a few seconds it could be normal. Maybe it could be reduces once per day by an A1 technican.

HiEvery time the service is down from 30 minutes to several hours. The DSL line cannot be synchronized. I am not sure if the quality of copper line becoming worse due to the weather or? Or the connected device have issues?Is the hotline working today?0800664100. I try to call but it mentions no service during holiday.Thanks
For faults or troubles in the responsibilities of a1 the hotline is 24 hour, 7 day a week reachable.
