I must admit that I was very pleased about your services but now I have a problem.
I wanted to move my 2 numbers to B.free and found out that one of my numbers had a contract extension without my notice.
I have ordered on 10 th of January an iPhone 12 which I returned sealed 2 days later.
When I ordered the iPhone I had make a contract extension but when I returned my contract extension was kept without my permission.
Since I have returned the phone and canceled the order my contract extension needed to be cancelled also.
So I ask you to please check this issue before making an complaint at the European Comision because you didn't respect the 14 days clause of cancellation distance contracts.
