Contract extension without notice

Dear A1. 

I must admit that I was very pleased about your services but now I have a problem. 

I wanted to move my 2 numbers to B.free and found out that one of my numbers had a contract extension without my notice.

I have ordered on 10 th of January an iPhone 12 which I returned sealed 2 days later.

When I ordered the iPhone I had make a contract extension but when I returned my contract extension was kept without my permission.

Since I have returned the phone and canceled the order my contract extension needed to be cancelled also.

So I ask you to please check this issue before making an complaint at the European Comision because you didn't respect the 14 days clause of cancellation distance contracts.

Unfortunately I did this before and I got the answer that my request is on working and it can take up to 3 weeks.

I think is not normal since is not my problem and the problem should be fixed faster 😭😭😭

Another hint, returning the phone doesnt effect your new contract in any way. If you wish to cancel the contract within 2 weeks you will have to do this separately.

Seriously @Grisu  When you order a package that has a phone and a contract extension and you return the phone means that you want to keep the contract?

What about order the same and keeping only the phone without contract?

 

And when I return the package I have ticked this and I also received this message :

Vertragsbindung aktualisiert - from what I translate means your contract will be actualized.

Phone is only seen as a gift if you take the new contract, relevant is the contract. So it wont work the other way round to keep phone and cancel contract.

Thank you for your request here in our A1 Community.

If you buy a cell phone with your A1 number and return it unsealed the MyNext contract will of course be canceled. However, if you also accepted a tariff change or an offer, you would have had to cancel it within 14 days. Because just sending the cell phone back does not cancel any additional offer that may have been redeemed.
