A few months ago I wrote to A1 but without effect. I use program L which is 150 mbps, and I get only 35 mbps, there are moments when it barely reaches 25 mbps. I use Huawei HA35-22 5G. The speed tests are done by a computer without using programs that can slow down the internet, I also do not use WLAN from this router

The Huawei HA35-22 is a hybrid modem that combines DSL and 4G/LTE into one internet connection.
How much bandwidth do you get over the DSL connection?
On the web interface of the HA35-22 go to “Maintain” → “System Information” → “DSL-Information” to see the DSL infos. What does it say for “Upstream line rate”, “Downstream line rate”, “Maximum upstream rate” and “Maximum downstream rate”? Or you can post a screenshot of the section.
On the same page below “Mobile Broadband Information” there should be a section called” LTE Troubleshooting Information”. There should be a table with a column called “LTE Band”. Which band does it say it is using? Or you could post a screenshot of the table.
What is the maximum 4G/LTE speed according to the mobile network coverage map at your address?
Is it 4G/LTE with 150, 300 or 500 Mbit/s?
Also, the Internet L with Hybrid Technology can get up to 150 Mbit/s down and 20 Mbit/s up, but the minimum speed is only 20 Mbit/s down and 5 Mbit/s up on this plan. This might be why A1 hasn’t done anything because the contract is fulfilled.
