Hello Team, 

I took a contract for A1 Internet M at Favoritenstrasse 99, 1100 Wien on 16 March 2021. I have cancelled it on the same day. The employee told me that it is cancelled and he wrote on the paper STORNIERT with stamp of A1 shop. I am attaching the file.

This was the VertragRücktritt as i cancelled on the day of the contract before 14 days. From then i am facing lot of troubles with the customer care. Since 2 weeks my case is in progress and the customer service is telling me that Rücktritt is in progress. 

And i returned the modem which i got as it is and there is no internet which i am using now and 66EUR bill was deducted from my bank account today and i will be paying money for not using internet from this month.

I do not understand when does some one act on my issue, atleast there should be a deadline for such scenarios. every time service team gives different answers.

Highly disappointed with the service.

Please some one act on my case.

Why did you open a second thread about your still exactly same problem?

It wont make anything better but other forum users get angry to read multiple same topic.

This is still a user-user forum and you will have to contact A1 directly, this platform cant help you.

And please stay at your original thread where you posted 6 hours before!
