I wondered if anyone out there had swapped their pirelli router for another router that works with A1 ?

 

The performance of the pirelli is so poor, I would like to buy myself a new router to use ... any advice ?

perhaps some community members can give you advice.



I just updated your Pirelli router firmware to version 5.3.4 - that means better performance and improved stability. You should notice the improvement at once. Maybe you don't need another router anymore now.

If A1_Christian´s update won´t help, get you one of the following devices:



ADSL: e.g. Thomson (Alcatel) Speedtouch 546v6 (LAN only), Thomson TG585 v7 (LAN/WLAN) change the firmware to 8.6.9.0 beause it´s more convinient.



VDSL (Gigaspeed): Thomson TG787 or Thomson TG789



Important: Don´t buy a device with an i in it´s model number! It won´t work in Austria.
