Hello!

I have no DSL connection since turned on the modem for one month.  I have been using the mobile internet. No i dont have the mobile internet and DSL connection. 

What can be the reason? It says it can take 1-3 days for DSL to connect, however it has been more than a month. 

Can the technician come to fix it?

Typically it shouldn't take multiple days for the DSL connection to come online after the connection was enabled by A1. 

Since this is a public forum it would be better to contact A1 directly via their LiveChat, phone or Facebook Messenger.

Have you tried resetting the DSL Modem while it is connected to DSL?
