No connection, vinternet and ainternet fields empty


My a1 wlan box doesn't work. I was on the 10.0.0.138 and the broadband connection is off. aINTERNET and vINTERNET services are disconnected and if I click on "connect", i have a connection failure because username and password fields are empty.
I didn't allready recive the "Datenblatt"and so i can't restore that fields. What can I do?
 
I've allready tryed to reset the a1box
Calling the 0800.... number, they told me to search on the website.....

If you need the data from your A1 datasheet quickly, call the A1 Service Team and ask them explicite on the "Zugangsdaten" (=Access data) from your data sheet. Tell them you need them quickly and they should tell you by phone.

The will ask your for your personal customer password ("Kundenkennwort").

By doing so, they will tell you and you can write the access data directly into your web interface of your router, or/and on a sheet of paper.

I didn't recive/set any "kundenkennwort", tel. number or something else. They just came here at my home 2 weeks ago and set everything. I have just the standard installation cd, nothing more, nothing less

While placing the order a password (Kundenkennwort) had to be set from you or the person who ordered. It consists of four digits (e.g. 1234). 🙂

I sent your the "Datenbrief", i.e. letter containing usernames and password for internet access and your A1 mailbox.
