My internet connection was down for one week (modem light flashing) so finally I tried "reset to factory defaults." 

Before I call the service line, can you remind me the correct settings for PPP user/password? I have tried every combination of the 9/10 character codes but none seem to work.The internet status is always "connection on demand," or "enter your PPP credentials" when the fields are left empty.Thanks for your help.

the Username is the 10 digit "Teilnehmerkennung" or "Internet-Benutzername", a 10 digit number, most of them have 000 as the last 3 digits.



The password = Internetkennwort consists of 8 characters, letters or numbers or both. Unless you have changed the password you can find both on your "Datenbrief".



If you are not sure about your password, please call 0800 664 100 and have your "Telefonkennwort" ready, this is the password you can choose yourself when ordering an interenet account.
