I am a new A1 user and right from the beggining problems :(Yesterday an A1 tecnitian came to my home and activated a new internet connection.
All was running well than in the evening we lost connection.
When i go to 10.0.0.138 i get an error message:
Ihre DSL-Verbindung ist unterbrochen. Überprüfen Sie, ob Ihre A1 WLAN Box ordnungsgemäß mit der Telefonleitung verbunden ist. Falls das Problem weiterhin besteht, lesen Sie die Dokumentation.
in english: Your DSL connection is down. Verify that your Technicolor Gateway is correctly connected to your phone line. If the problem persists, check your documentation.
so i tried switching everything off unpluging all anda after some minutes reconnecting all together ... and still nothing works.
Did anybody have the same problem?
How long did it take to solve?
Is it possible to get an english phone support?
In case the problem is not solved how much time do i have to cancel the contract?
You can answer even in german i will use google translate to understand.
