I hope it´s not a problem if I write in english, I can explain myself better. Few month ago I received a call from A1, they offered to upgrade my Internet connect Glassfaser 20mg to Hybridboost 30mg for Free. It seemed nice, more MB and better connection with no additional costs, so I accepted. The connection was never stable 100% but it was working and it was not a big deal, I could play, navigate in internet, download, etc. However, during the last weeks the connection is even more unstable. I have:



Hybrid boost 30mg, A1 Huawei (firmaware last version)

Laptop, mobile phone - all drivers, software updated





The problem is that very often I´m getting the disconnection for 10-20 seconds and my Down/UP load time is changing always and too much.



A1 Service Speed test/ Speetest.net - My download speed is always different (every second) and jumping from 10 to 30mb, My upload is jumping beetwen 5 and 10mb and my Ping is jumping beetween 13ms and 60ms. I have a professional setting for streeming and PS4 and it is not acceptable for me to loose the connection and to have unstable upload, even for 10 seconds. So I checked everything from my part: Wifi Playstation, Laptop, Mobile Phones - same problem or if I try Ethernet cable or Powerline - same problem. All my softwares, drivers and firmawares are updated and I tried also to reset the modem. According to A1 service application, I have no problems, but it is not true.



This happens when I´m home, usually beetwen 18:00 and 01:00.



With ´Glassfaser´ in the past, everything was working fine. Can you help me to find a solution and to solve this Hybrid problem? And what other options do I have were i can have a stable Upload speed, ping and with no disconnection? I´m willing to pay more for a better service, but it should be high quality and STABLE.
