Guten Abend,
Da mir der Kundendienst einfach nicht weiterhelfen möchte oder kann wende ich mal ans Forum.
Seit 09.2015 funktioniert unser Internet einfach nicht, mit enormen Pingzeiten von 4-7 Sekunden.
Wäre mal schön wenn sich das jemand anschaut und weiter helfen könnte.
Ich stell mal einen Auszug von den Pingzeiten und der Traceroute rein.

Also wir besitzen eine FFTH Leitung ,A1 Modem :
Produktname: TG789vac
Softwareversion: 10.5.4.W
Vom Eg geht ein Lan Kabel(20m) ins OG dort steht ein : TP wr940n
Komischer Weise kommt es nur am Abend vor das die Pingzeiten so hoch sind.
du hast ja schon zu 192.168.0.1 enorme Ping Zeiten -> da das wahrscheinlich dein TP ist, würde ich mal dort oder beim 20m LAN Kabel ansetzen
Zwar dachte ich das erstmal auch , deshalb kaufte ich mir einen 2 Router selbes Problem. Normalerweise hatte ich immer Ping Zeiten von 9ms auch durch den 2 Router nur am Abend lagen sie teilweise bei 2-7s.
Seit ein paar Tagen wie die Bagger Typen die Leitungen aufgegraben hab liegt der Ping bei 23ms.

welcher Datenverkehr läuft denn über das Netz?
Ist da auch A1 TV dabei? (Abends Mediabox aufgedreht?)
Ist das Nutzungsverhalten Abends bei euch anders? (Nachbarn zu Hause die PowerUser sind und die Leitung dicht machen könnten?)
Oftmals hilft es das Modem und oder Router neu zu starten. Probier das bitte einmal und schau ob die Pings dann immer noch schlecht sind.
Weitere Möglichkeit ist direkt die Stats über das Kontaktformular
https://www.a1.net/kontaktformular/ an A1 zu schicken und die schauen sich mal die Leitung an. (wobei ich gefühlsmäßig eher denke das es irgendwo im Lan hunzt).

Nein wir haben keine A1 Mediabox und das Problem tritt ja nicht jeden Tag auf(gestern am Feiertag hätte ich nix bemerkt) aber heute schon wieder. Erstmal ist es seltsam das meine Router so verzögern(siehe unten Pings) doch es sieht mir eher so aus als wäre da ein Loop drinnen. Da ich Intern ohne Probleme Pingen kann und auch durch einen Neustart beider Router das selbe Problem eintritt.

würde auch einen von den Pings, wo du direkt am A1 Gerät hängst, per Mail verschicken.
speziell wenn dann so etwas vorkommt:

vielleicht auch in etwas übersichtlicherer Form. schöner formatiert also. wenn dein router nicht zu sehen ist, lenkt er nicht ab.
