Good Evening.
I am facing lot of problems with my new contract.
I took a contract for A1 Internet M at Favoritenstrasse 99, 1100 Wien on 16 March 2021. I have cancelled it on the same day. The employee told me that it is cancelled and he wrote on the paper STORNIERT with stamp of A1 shop. I am attaching the file.

But i got an automated email to my registered email address that my kundigung ends on 31.03.2023 and i got the bill for month of March.
I also returned the router back, have not even opened the packet.
I tried calling customer care and every time i got different answers. And some of them were very rude and harsh.
I went to the A1 shop and they are also not quite responsive.
Do i need to pay money for 24 months even i cancelled my contract on the same day where i took in the shop.
I do not understand why i am getting emails with the bill.
Can some one please have a look and help me.
It is wasting me lot of time and giving me unnecessary pressure.
