Hello Team,

Good Evening.

I am facing lot of problems with my new contract.

I took a contract for A1 Internet M at Favoritenstrasse 99, 1100 Wien on 16 March 2021. I have cancelled it on the same day. The employee told me that it is cancelled and he wrote on the paper STORNIERT with stamp of A1 shop. I am attaching the file.

But i got an automated email to my registered email address that my kundigung ends on 31.03.2023 and i got the bill for month of March.

I also returned the router back, have not even opened the packet.

I tried calling customer care and every time i got different answers. And some of them were very rude and harsh.

I went to the A1 shop and they are also not quite responsive.

Do i need to pay money for 24 months even i cancelled my contract on the same day where i took in the shop.

I do not understand why i am getting emails with the bill.

Can some one please have a look and help me.

It is wasting me lot of time and giving me unnecessary pressure.

Hope you understand my situation.

And whom should i contact to resolve my problem. Do i need to use the Chat i already did that earlier. And i do not use facebook so i cannot use the facebook messenger option.

Please help me how to proceed further.

The shop where you bought it has to give you correct anwers too (try a different agent).

Either that it isn’t possible to cancel the contract or that it is solved and no more bills will come.

@A1_Petra_: Bitte etwas mehr Sorgsamkeit beim Posten, wenigstens Links sollten stimmen von A1-Supportern insbes. für Englischsprachige die es sowieso schon recht schwierig haben.

 


I managed to send this community post link and also the cancelled document from the A1 shop to the Service team.

They informed me it will take 1-3 weeks and the member i had chat will inform her colleagues.

Thank you Grisu for your information and the correct link.

I already contacted the shop person and they are not giving me right answers and i tried with different agents in the shop.

Finally i sent the documents to service team via Chat and the service team member told me her colleagues will look into it.

Dear A1 Team,

I have not yet received any feedback about my cancelled contract and money is deducted from this month for the internet which is not installed in my home and zero Data usage.

Please help me to solve this problem.

Just got information from the A1 team that vertragsrücktritt is recorded for my case in their system and it is still in progress. It is almost 3 weeks but still no progress in my case.

Hence i withdrew my contract within 14 days of contract date. I took it on 16 March 2021 and withdrew it on same day at A1 shop at FavoritenStrasse 99, 1100 Wien.

I am not sure how many months it will take to act upon my case.
