Hi there. First message for me here but since yesterday morning, my connection is down.I can correctly connect to my box and ping it, but impossible to navigate. Every ping to an external website is around 5 to 7secs and nothing works. I tried changing dns but it seems that the settings of the router are always the one used. Well it doesn't seems to be a router problem but maybe a pure connection problem. I don't speak german and i hope someone will help me ! Thanks

If you are sure, all your connections are okay, please contact the service hotline, 0800 664 100.

(open for technical troubles 24 hour every day)

if A1 is responsible for the fault you should talk with the hotline. In this case the service is free of charge



But if you responsible for the fault, you will get an invoice from A1.

I think it is possible, after you have dealed the number, wait until an operator answers.

It does not matter.

You shall press 1 till you speak to one.

She or he will guide you to an operator who is able to help you.
If I understand you correct, Pingtimes to any external Target give a response of 5-7 Seconds and not a Timeout?



This usually referes to working connectivity, but probably some sort for congestion.



If you use Wireless LAN, try it with a directly connected cable.



If that fails as well, you may congest your Upload, usually these days by Cloudservices like Dropbox syncing big files for example.
