Hi all!
I want to share my story with A1 Internet.
I connected the Internet in August, they gave me a wireless modem and I installed it, it turned out that since this is a modem, it gives out a lot of ping and low speed.
I went to one of the branches and left a request for a technician to make me a wired internet, I was told to wait about 2 weeks for a call from the master.
3 weeks pass, I come to the same branch and ask why no one called me, and if they can see the status of the application.
To which they answered me that I needed to wait another 2 weeks and REFUSED me to view my application.
Upon arrival at another branch, they began to check my application and it turned out that there was NO request for a master.
They called some office and told me that I already have an internet cable at home, but I need an adapter.
We have made an application for this adapter.
As a result, the 5-6 week of wired Internet connection is already underway.
For 2 weeks now, the modem has not come to me, as it seems to me, again they did not make an application.
What am I paying money for? To be ignored and I waited for the Internet for 2 months?
