I got the same porblem like the rest of the ppl here.Got the router set up with Dmz, forward port and the UpnP but i still got Nat type3.
is there any way to unlock my Sim card and get the ports working?

In order to get NAT type 2 you need to contact the support team and ask them to get a free public IP address (kostenlose öffentliche IP Adresse). Maybe you also need the option "all ports open" (alle Ports offen) to be turned on as well (you need the support team for this as well).
You can call the support team mo-fr from 7am to 10pm or chat with them mo-fr from 8am to 10pm and on weekends and holidays from 10am to 8pm. -> https://www.a1.net/kontakt
