I purchased a b.free sim card for 9.9 Euro on Monday 4th December 2017.
As per the card, I get 1000 minutes, 1000 SMS, 2000 MB and 5 Euro bonus. There is no need to activate and I can just insert the SIM card and start using phone and internet. however, this has not worked since first day. I registered on my A1 site and saw that the balance was 0. How can this happen? Can I get a list of my web usage details? Please help.

i activated the B.free L for you and also the Christmasbonus. The bonus is split over 12 months. It will be credited from the first charge of at least 20,- € every month 2,- €.
