Today I versed 20 euro in my A1 account to excend my internet with 4 weeks but instead of having credit of 29 euro it became 1 euro without excending my internet. The credit seems to be gone.

Did you do it right here --> http://www.a1.net/bfree/internet/ online, directly from the prepaid internet connection? It's the landingpage, this also works without credit.
