Hello

i have a internet Cube one month ago. 
Last week I have a trauma. My Mom died last week Thursday. So tomorrow I leave the country. I close my bank card, phone, everything. Just the internet left. 

So I need to cancel my internet contract. I speak with your colleague by phone, and she was very rude. She asked me why sign the contract?? Well I don’t see the future, and a don’t know my mom die. 
 

So I want cancel my contract immediately. 
I attached the meldezettel as well.

Please remove your personal details immediately!

I hope that a solution can be found for you but please contact A1 directly for example via Chat or Facebook Messenger.

If the contract was in your mother's name you can send an e-mail to Todesfall@A1.at with the death certificate and a letter stating that the contract should be cancelled.

Please send the death certificate to todesfall@a1.at if the contract was in your mother’s name as @NerdTech already pointed out.
