Hello!

I bought a b free prepaid usim 3 weeks ago and I finally called *101# to check how much data is left.

It answered that I got 0 data, 0 call, etc. But I can still connect to internet without wifi, and call somebody. How this is possible?

Is *101#’s answer wrong, or am I going to be charged for those additional things that I have done? I am confused. Thanks very much for any help!

Since this is a prepaid card, you can only use what you paid for beforehand. Have you ever topped up the Sim, or are you still using the minutes, SMS and Data that came with your Starter-Pack?
