I thought since I had my balance 0.00€ that was the problem why people couldn't call me but then I trasferred 10€ into my balance but still cannot make or receive phone calls. Everytime I try to call someone, it says "Conditional call forwarding active" and a man answers and tells me to call bfree service line. I tried calling Bfree service line but still that man answers and tells me to call Bfree service line.

Any idea what to do here?
