Hallo everyone!I have to make few questions:- I ordered a sky package from sky swebsite, I made all the installation and when it was ready I have no signal. I spoke with sky and they said I have to speak with A1 to open the line ( or something like this).- I have to mention that I live in a pension. What can I do to open this line.

if you have A1 TV and want to order Sky, the best way is to order online via http://www.sky.at/web/cms/de/abonnieren-a1tv.jsp?shurl=a1tv .
If the order has gone through and Sky Support is telling you that everything is ok on their side, please call our A1 Service Team 0800 664 100 88.
If you live in a pension and use A1 TV there, you´ll probably have to talk to your landlord as well. A1 TV or Sky both come with a minimum contract term usually. At least if you order them during a promotion, which most people do because it is cheaper then.
