False positive spam detection


Hello colleagues

I'm a postmaster of WWPass corporation.
One of your (and our) client uses your email server mx20.aon.at to try to receive some service messages from our web server.
But email server on my side gets this reject message from you:

Jul 29 13:30:39 zu.srv.wwpass.com postfix / smtp [249128]: B682773: to = <xxxxxx@aon.at> , relay = mx20.aon.at [195.3.96.71]: 25, delay = 2.1, delays = 0.01 / 0.01 / 0.33 / 1.8, dsn = 5.0.0, status = bounced (host mx20.aon.at [195.3.96.71] said: 554 mail server rejected message: spam detected (# 5.3.0) (in reply to end of DATA command))

The message body contains plain text and hyperlink to our web site only.
Could you help me with this issue. IP address of my server is 130.117.224.124.

Maybe you use formats dedected as spam. Like message html tags without content, only pic without middle content, url in the message on blacklists. Use tools to check your reputation score of such mails like mail-tester.com.

I just have tested email we send to end users and score is drastically low by SpamAssassin’s rules.
Does your email system use SpamAssassin engine or Razor-agents?
If so, I guess it is a problem, and I’m in trouble because it is almost impossible to get rid of razor database.

Sorry, these have been only general hints, I dont know whats wrong with your mails.
This is a user forum, you would have to contact A1 directly if you have problems on your side.

I already have done it some times ago.
But their postmaster mailbox is full, I wrote to their abuse twice, still no follow ups.
And then I posted my question here.
Their Kara is stupid piece of iron. No mankind support at all.
We’ll be waiting.

I think abuse is the only way for your problem, Kara and Hotline are only for customer support.

Finally, I got follow ups from abuse team of A1. They solved my problem whitelisting my domain.
Totally, it takes 7 days.
