Liebe community, I receive in my mobile the following information : Wichtige Information: Wir informieren Sie über eine nicht ausschließlich begünstigende Anderung der Vertragsbedingungen.
Es sollen ab dem 5.3.2018 für Ihr Vertragsverhältnis B.free Small dieser B.free-Rufnummer folgende Anderungen in Kraft treten: Wenn Sie durchgängig mehr als drei Abrechnungsperioden Ihre B.free-Rufnummer nicht für Aufladung, aktive Telefonie, SMSen oder Datenverkehr nutzen, verrechnen wir eine neue Service-Pauschale von 0,90 € pro inaktive Abrechnungsperiode bis zu einer erneuten aktiven Nutzung. Die Gültigkeit inkludierter Einheiten sowie die Abrechnungsperiode beträgt statt bisher 1

Monat nunmehr 4 Wochen. Sie können bis zum 5.3.2018 kündigen und Ihr Guthaben kostenlos auszahlen lassen. Die Kündigung muss bis zum oben genannten Datum bei uns zugegangen sein und wird mit Einlangen bei uns unverzüglich wirksam. Abweichend können Sie ein Wunschdatum (spätestens den 5.3.2018) in Ihrer Kündigung angeben. Bitte beachten Sie die Fristen für eine allfällige Rufnummernmitnahme.

This is just the notice that there will be some changes made to your tariff in early March of this year. If you are fine with these changes or if you will not use the sim card by March you won't need to do anything.

These changes are:
  • The accounting period will be shortened from a whole month down to 28 days. This means you will need to pay 13 times a year instead of twelve times when viewed on a yearly bases.
  • If the sim card is inactive for more then three accounting periods you will be charged a fee of 90 cents per accounting period after that. This means if you don't make calls, send texts, use data services or top up your sim card you will need to pay the before mentioned fee starting with the fourth accounting period of inactivity. You will pay this fee automatically if you have enough cash on your sim card or with the next top up.
