Hello: I am from Canada and I purchased 2 eSims for 2 weeks use yesterday. Only one eSim was issued by email. Spoke to live chat and they could not resolve and they asked me to go to a live shop in Austria. This is a poor experience for tourists. Really disappointed that no one online shop is helping me. They should honour my payment and issue me 2 phone numbers as I paid for 2 esims.

Be very wary as a tourist of A1:

an update… 

I went to A1 Austria store in Vienna by the Opera House. They could not help me and did not refund my money. Their response was “we don’t have a process”!! They called the A1 back office and the response was “we don’t know how to refund the Euro 25.90!”

 

I ended up purchasing from Drei. 
 

on my credit card I also noticed that A1 has coded the payment as ‘recurring’ payment for a tourist Be. Free one time payment!! I called my credit card to put a stop to any future unauthorized charges from A1.

Such an experience is very unfortunate. Please remember that if you choose Drei up, you can pause your subscription when you no longer need it.
