Dear Person in charge,

I have requested the termination of my contract to A1 mobile about 5 months before because I moved out from Vienna to Korea in August. At the moment I live in Korea and I cannot comback to Vienna because of Covid-19.

I cannot understand why I still pay for the phone number xxx and xxx (my contract number is xxx) for every month even I don't use the number anymore.

As I checked A1 online it will be canceled on 08/31/2022 for the number “xxx”.

and it will be canceled on 08/31/2021 for the number “xxx”.

Please check my request for the termination of my contract as soon as possible.

If there are any problem, please let me know.
