Send SMS to European Countries

It depends on the plan you have,  the destination county and if you want to send to SMS from Austria or while on roaming.

25 or 50 SMS per month from Austria to EU roaming counties (EU member countries, Norway, Iceland & Lichtenstein) & Switzerland should be included with most Go! s plans (it depends when you signed up).

No, not from Austria (home county) to EU roaming countries and other European counties.

But while on EU roaming to other EU roaming counties and to Austria (home county).

For example, all current A1 Mobil plans (with a subsidized phone) include unlimited min/SMS (10.000 fair use each) from Austria to Austria & from any EU roaming county to any other EU roaming country (incl the county you are in and Austria as your home country).

Then they include a certain amount of min/SMS from Austria to EU roaming countries, Switzerland, Canada, US & Turkey but you can’t use them while on EU roaming (so min/SMS from an EU roaming country to Switzerland, Canada, US & Turkey will be charged separately).

Furthermore, the plans include a certain amount of min/SMS/MB while roaming in Switzerland, Canada, US &Turkey to call/text to Austria or to the country in which you are & use data service.

The included SMS can be used in Austria and within the EU incl Iceland, Norway & Lichtenstein and from these countries to Austria.

So this means:

• from Austria to Austria
• from an EU roaming country (all EU member countries + Iceland, Norway & Lichtenstein) to the EU roaming country (all EU member countries + Iceland, Norway & Lichtenstein) you are in
• from an EU roaming country (all EU member countries + Iceland, Norway & Lichtenstein) to any other EU roaming country (all EU member countries + Iceland, Norway & Lichtenstein)
• from an EU roaming country (all EU member countries + Iceland, Norway & Lichtenstein) to Austria

Yes, unless the plan includes a separate number of minutes/SMS for this purpose (which most but not all variants) of the Go! S should. As I sad depends on which version of the plan you have (from which year & month).
