Huawei B539s Zugriff aus dem Internet blockiert ist?

Als ich am Router schaue, sehe ich die IP-Adresse des Routers.Wenn ich diese Adresse eingeben außerhalb des LANs sind nicht verfügbar.Wo ist das Problem?Router hat sehr wenig Anleitung. Wie kann ich den Zugriff auf das Internet?
 
I have problem with this router - I cannot access it from internet. 
I have bought modem Huawei B593s-22 with SIM card for DATA communication. There is no problem to use this modem for internet, but I need to access my camera from internet to modem. This is not working! I can see my ip address /see attached pictures/, but when I type this ip into browser I cannot reach my router /Only on my LAN/
 
Please, there must be solution to this - either there is port blocking from A1or Huawei must provide better manual to explain how to use their modem. Maybe it is block on thier modem. I do not know.
You can see on the attached pictures that there is some kind of settings in modem, which may block internet access.
 
Please, I do need to find solution to this, otherwise this modem and SIM card is not usable for me and I am not willing to pay monthly for not 100% functioning service.
