Login (Benutzername) never received and I can't add the products to my profile

Dear all, sorry but I still cannot speak German. I just got my wireless internet installed, and am trying to add the product to my A1 profile.
The problem is, to do that, the website requests a login name (Benutzername - 10 stellig) that according to the A1 website, I should have received via a 'letter' (sorry, this was translated by google) or with the contract.

I have the contract here, which I signed in a A1 shop in Hietzing, there's no customer number (Kundennummer), they only mention a password and no login/username. I have no idea where to find this. I tried the online chat via FAcebook but then they request the customer number, which is NOT stated in my contract! It's simply blank!

Do you have an idea of how to get these Kundennummer?
I have not received any letter or e-mail from A1 since signing.

My last option will be to go to the shop, but I really don't want to go there just for this, is such a waste of time.

You only get a username and a password when you sign up for a fixed line internet connection (DSL or fiber), an A1TV subscription (also via DSL or fiber) or a fixed-network phone line (also via DSL or fiber).

Since you have a wireless internet connection (via the mobile network), you need to choose the option "mobil-Produkt" and enter the internet sim cards phone number. After you entered the phone number, you will receive an SMS with a code with which you will confirm that you are the actual user of this sim card. When you use a router supplied by A1, you can view the text message in your browser by entering 192.168.1.1 (for Netcube 2/Mini) or 192.168.8.1 (for NetCube (1) and NetCube Plus) while you are connected to that router.

You should see your customer number when you visit your MeinA1, while you are connected to your router.

Thanks for the reply, but maybe I did not make myself clear. I do have a KOMBI package, so internet (cable) + TV , that's what I meant when I said 'wireless', I meant 'wi-fi'.
I still did not receive any username, and the only password I receive in the contract has only 4 numbers, so I am not even sure that's the password I should use or not.
Do you know what I should do in this case?
