ordered new phone&contract

I just online ordered new phone&contract, 5G xm S. +phone free

but A1 confirm email  said I must pay 500euro for guarantee!

Maybe because I filled passport instead of my new austria ID?

I thought use my passport to show for delivery better than my new austria ID paper, yes just registered ID paper, no id card yet.

So is this the reason? How can I let them correct this? I really don't want to pay 500euro guarantee Then this will lose the installment meaning!

Ps: Another question:

A1 says customer order online can save 10euro/month, but why I couldn't see on this order confirm email info?? It didn't show in the order installment payment info, it is still the original monthly payment mount in my case.

When I ordered today, I received two email, one is successful order confirm email from A1 shop, didn't say anything about the guarantee.

Another email is from another a1 address to request me pay 500euro for Guarantee to complete my order so that they can send me my order, otherwise they will cancell my order in 4 weeks.

Is this normal? everyone must pay 500euro so much to guarantee when order phone&internet contract?????? Then it is not necessary to do installment anymore.

I don't understand this, no info about the 500euro guarantee on the A1shop website, totally surprised....

So just now I cancelled my order! But the result page shows my cancellation is succeed but the order is already in the shipping way! Just do not accept the dilevery, they will send back.that's all.

But why already shipped?? I didn't pay the 500euro guarantee yet!  So what is this??? I am totally lost now!

I thought I cancell my order then make new order again with my Austria ID instead of my foriegn passport, then probably don't need guarantee anymore.

But now get stuck...please are there someone can help? Thanks!!
