Roaming problem

Entschuldigen Sie, ich kann sehr wenig Deutches sprechen. Wenn ich auf Englische schreibe, ich hoffe, dass jemand helfen kann.
I bought a welcome package in Vienna four days ago, but when I entered Italy today my phone suddenly stopped connecting to the internet. I added EU10,00 to my credit, but I still cannot connect. I can see that there is a strong Vodaphone signal, but when I open my browser it says, “not connected”. I have restarted my iphone, and checked that cellular data and roaming are turned on. When I check my credit it says I have EU10,00, but 0 minutes, 0 Mb of data etc. I would appreciate an explanation of what I am doing wrong. My wife has the same problem.
