Problem with internet connection

Hello,I live permanently in Austria and few days ago I bought USB stick of A1, together with sim card and bon of 10 euros. I have put the sim in the USB and entered the pin, bit whenever I try to connect, it says that connection is failed. I don't know what to do, and I have already wrote you an e-mail and posted on Facebook, but nobody answered me. Number of the sim card is: 43664xxx. So please can you check what is the problem.Regards,Tina

My internet is not working. I did not get any communication from A1. I do not expect any bill issue as my billing is flat monthly rate and auto deduction is enabled from Bank. Please help to resolve.
